A top selling product in our yoga and massage studio! This rub includes all-natural and organic ingredients that provide instant relief and encourages long-term healing benefits. It has a cooling effect as a result of the menthol crystals and some of the essential oils that help sooth tired, over worked muscles. It also includes arnica oil, which encourages fast healing. The scent is pleasant and not too overwhelming for everyday use. Some also like to place a bit under their nose to open up the sinus passages. It presents a nice, smooth texture that glides over the skin in a way that is ideal for massage. A little goes a long way and the effects last!
